This is NOT a scam...Complex Care Solutions is contracted with HIGHMARK BLUE SHIELD to provide House Call Visits for their members.  The House Call visits are a once a year visit in which HMRK visits their members in order to ensure all medical information is up to date and that their members are receiving all of the services they are eligible for.  The house call visit program was started in 2012 due to Privacy Laws which prevent Doctors from sharing health information to insurance companies.  This was leading to members having services delayed and denied and also not being able to provide all of the services available under plans to members who would benefit from them.
