this company is sending processor servers to call me at home and work and called my sister also as a reference for a pdl  venture loan from 9/2008 that has been taken care of.  the process server who uses the name tom crawford harrassed me  on my cell phone, call me repeatedly after i told him never to call me again and then threatened me, also called me at work.  he left the # 866 318 4330.  i called them and they go by dam group or v and m  group.  they told me they would send him an email to call him off as i owe nothing but this process server who calls from an unknown number and only tells me that he is investigating a fraudulent check case and that he was retained by an office as a process server.  I told him I have an attorney and he went beserk.  If anyone has the address of this company that has the telephone # 866 318 4330, please let me know as I do plan on getting this process server turned into the attorney general's office and the FTC.

Krystal, what do you know about the bam group?  apparently, they are collecting for together cash.com or pdl ventures.  they assured me they would cease and desist today but i'm not sure.  their process server not only called me at work, hecalled me repeatedly on my cell phone and threatened me.  he then called my sister and left a voice mail.  he didn't like it that i told him i had an attorney.  he said, since you are so "bold" to state that you have an attorney, we will no longer work with you and you will be served.  he went by the name of tom crawford but i don't know if that is his real name.  i would like to know the real info so I can turn it into the attorney generals office and the FTC

A lady from this number just called my cell phone and said she had a summons for a bad check I wrote (???) I've never written a bad check in my life and I have no idea what she's talking about!! This has to be a scam...They said they will show up at my work to serve me...what the heck????

must be from some cash loan you took out on internet.  you may have already paid for it and it could be from pdl loans and sold to this company called bam group.

received a call from brian tate who did not give me a number or location for him. so i called 1-866-318-4330 and talked to a jeff. said i owed over 600 and would settle for 3. i was told i would be served! wtf! these people are nuts and trying to get money!

I cant believe they called you all about your summons they actually served me are they really a scam? Because I went to court behind a payday loan I took out last year

They keep calling my in laws about a charge that is being filed against my husband. We had problems with a company having our information on a payday loan that we have took care of 2 1/2 years ago. They got all their money back and so did we. So when Jeff O'Riley called here about where he could send the papers for the summons I gave him more than a piece of my mind. I pretty much chewed him up and spit him out. That was a month ago and we have not received a call since then nor has my in laws. They need to get a real job and leave those who have a life to attend to alone!!!!!!!!
