- TWilliamsGot a message left on my voice mail, stating that she has a court summons on hand for me but when I called back no one could tell me where the court sommons was filed at. I kept asking the guy where was the summons filed, he then got mad and hung up. Also they leave a message stating they are calling from UCR, but can not tell you the name of their company.

- KrystalGot a call from a "so called" law firm in Arizona that wanted me to contact this number which led me to UCR..Man named James says my husband is being sued on a old Pay Day Loan..When I told the man we had no money to settle at the time that they would just have to take us to court the man became very angry..When I started questioning the man about the company and what they did and where they were based he mumbled around and couldn't tell me anything..He just kept going in circles..My husband and I believe this company to be a scam!!!..LOOK OUT PEOPLE!..Do Not give them any information..Infact call the company in which you owe your debt to in order to find out if they sold your account to a collection agency first..

- acthough the caller id showed unknown name unknown number - my daughter received a phone message today at our home...saying basically the same thing...caller said his name was john gray and he has a summons due to bad checks - needed to call this number 877-509-8371 which turns out to be UCR. Believe it is definitely a scam since my daughter does not write checks! his advice was that she needed to call and get a release form completed or he would have to deliver the summons to our house....

- 8557512027I guess UCR changed phone numbers...After some researched I figured out it was them. When you called the number it just says" United". These people left a msg on my X-husband father's voice mail stating that I have court on Tuesday and that they will serve me at my friends and family or my home address if I didn't call them back. "Shorty Jackson" was the name he left. He left a case number (lol)) not even close to a real case number in the state I live in. He continued to state that everything would be fine if my X-husband wanted to take care of the debt on my behalf to resolve the matter. This people are scam artist and wont get a dime out of my until Im truly summoned to court.

- snowboundI recieved a phone message when they were trying to get ahold of my sister. They left all of her info with me ( illegal !!!) and threatened jail time and/or a fine. When she finally reached someone there, she brought up the fact that I saved the message and took notes of our conversations. I spoke with a Kimberly Welch ( Welsh ). My sister talked to a guy named "Jason", whom wanted me to call HIM so he could hear the saved message and question me about my previous conversation with Kimberly. I called just for humor. Guess what? No one there by either of those names. I live in Alaska and my sister lives in Oregon. We have both filed complaints with the FTC and with the Attorney Generals offices of Alaska and Oregon. She will be filing a police report about this also. They refuse to send papers to you or give you and address so you can contact them. DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY!!

- ItsMeJohn Gray from united called my Moms and stated via the voicemail "You have officially been served". He said I was facing several charges including check fraud and that he needed to reach me before my "so called" court date. I am not a legal professional but I know for a fact that any summons over the phone is invalid and if a warrant has been issued for your arrest because of it you can have it removed from your record (seek legal advice). This all seemed to start happening after I applied for a payday loan online.
