constantly receiving e-mails from this number regarding an ad for 'medical insurance'for as little as $149.00 a month. However, there is no company name. Who are these people and is this a scam?

No company name means nothing good.  They will keep sending the fax even if you call their "remove" line.  I have always felt that calling that number reassures them that they are getting through to you.  It's just their way of wasting paper and time.  It may or may not be a scam but I'll never know.  Just one of those anoying things in life you will just have to overlook and move on.

Same as Tina's junk fax from 866-318-6289.  If they are in Canada, I explored putting my US number on their do not call list and Canada will not accept it.

Repeated unsolicited fax re: Health Insurance

Threating with a Cal PUC Action doesn't seem to phase them.

Who the hell are they and how are they getting unlisted numbers??

Junkfax promoting health insurance saying that we requested health insurance information.  Sent to a fax number that we did use for any sorts of requests.  Call to a number listed on the fax answers "Enrollment Center".  Goes to voicemail after 10 seconds.  Second call person says they represent many companies.  They say they are using a marketing company in Mumbai, India.  Removal number 866-614-1068.  Fat chance of getting off this list.

Kid said he was in Savanna GA and was representing the "American Business & consumer Association"
