Requests to cease calls are most effectively processed when the subject line of the e-mail contains a simple note along with the phone number at which the calls have been received.

Called the number back and it was Citizens Bank calling about a missed loan payment that was approximately 5 days overdue.  It appeared to be legit, because they knew the amount of the missed payment without my telling them.  The issue had been resolved the day before, though, and despite that I explained this to the woman she still wanted me to "verify" myself afterwards by telling her information about my account, which I declined to do.  Still not convinced this was not a scammer, but by nature I don't like to give information over the phone, even if it were the FBI.

all I can say, if this is citizens bank be careful.  They will withdraw the money from your account without your knowledge.
