Never heard from these idiots until today. Got a message on my phone that says: This is Christensen it is imperative that you call us back today at 866-319-8619. Then it hangs up.

The message doesn't say who they want to talk to or who they really are. I called back and the person answering would not tell me what company they were. When I called back to find out why they called, they asked me for my name since they would not tell me who they were, I hung up on them.

Do NOT give them any information when you call them.

If her name was Hillary I just got off the phone with her..............

i am very upset with this company, i am sorry that there are such pathetic people to harrass an 88 year old lady no judge in the world wouldnt put u alone anyone else in the world in jail for outstanding bills.. wen u c the number come up  let it go on answering machine and call legal aide. u can also hit i believe *55 on ur phone wen u hang up with them and that registers  to the phone company  company yhat it was a harrassing phone call. i hope this helps and god bless

I keep getting calls - daily - from this company. I finally got to where I do  not answer. They never leave a message, just hang up. Have NO idea why they are calling me!

I just learned that my brother had this happen to him and his wife. if it is still happens then your cell phone company can change your numbers under the rules of harrasment in your contract. THE FBI was calling them instead of the couple who owned the phones before them...That couple owed someone $45,000. JCC was behind it.

The law covers each conversation as a offence.

My Wife accually owed money and JCC was to collect it. JCC Called and on a recording told us that if we pay a certain amount of the total amount due, then that amount we paid with a post dated check will clear the debt. We made the payment as they requested, cleared and then they sent us a bill for the remainder of what was left. They claimed they never said that it was a settlement payment. BUT ...we recorded everything and we are bringing that recording to the company that we owed the money too, and show them that JCC is posting BREACH OF CONTRACT. we will keep you posted on how this turns out.

I'm a victim too, what I did is submitting them to FBI, everyone, let's do the same, submit them! I'm sure FBI have other priorities, but when too many people complain about a company, FBI will have to start investigating, because FBI is now overwhelmed, it's become a problem for FBI too, and they have to stop it! This is the only way to stop them from harming more people!!!

If you owe money, don't pay these low lifes, pay your original creditor.....THese fakers will up what you owe by thousands of dollars and then keep reporting you to the credit bureau which is all in cahoots with them.

THey are rude and hateful.....Not a professional business...They will not give you a fair deal and besides you never contracted with them in the first place so don't pay them one dime.....They may tell you that your original creditor sold them your account but still its illegal because you haven't signed anything with them.

Visa sold them my account from 3 years ago, Hurricane Ike hit and I was out of a home, out of a car and out of a job, I couldn't pay no credit card company...well JC Christensen bought the debt, well to bad, they shouldn't have cause I will never pay them no matter what BUT as soon as I can, I will contact Visa and offer to pay them.

Never pay anyone that you don't have a contract with...You can't go to jail and they can't arrest you, all they can do is call you with their harassment and threats and you don't have to listen to that either, just hang up.

Jason, you and wife were stupid to pay a bottom-feeder, if you had money to pay you should have paid the original creditor.They tricked you. Never deal with people you don't originally owe.  These people are not legal and if they take you to court, refuse to pay because they have NO contract with you..

If people would stop letting these gangsters con them out of money then Bottom feeders would disappear.

Recently got a message from this number. It was a recording. I called it and spoke with an operator. A slight accent but easy to understand. He asked for my number first and I gave it. He then told me who they were looking for. The person he asked for didn't live at my home and he said they would take it off. All is good.

If you can help as you say then why are all these people on here "especially the elderly", claiming to still be called day in and day out by these so called "UNKNOWN" people? "Somebody Should DO Something"!!!

Received a call from them today.  Honestly, I don't even answer anymore, but I do report them to the https://www.donotcall.gov/ web site each time.

Has anyone received a letter from JC Christensen and Assoc. I only see people talking about phone calls. Any letters in the mail from them. The phone number on the letter is 866-836-7831

Some kind of debt collector saying that I owe money and need to call them back. Also, the voice volume in the message was really low but it wasn't automated. I don't owe anyone money so this is obviously a scam to put me in debt.
