This is a scammer saying your ss number has been flaged for something to do with a passport. And you need to call them back because they r going to give you a summons at home or work. Its a total scam from a company called family drugstore inc. They r located in boca raton florida. And have a D- with the BBB ITS A FRONT CO AND THEY R SCAMMERS BLOCK CALL AND LET UOUR FRIENDS KNOW

Family Drugstore talking about SS numbers and passports. What an odd combination. Something that Toilet Services would try to come up with.

A guy named Jonathon Stewart left a message on my cell and said my SS was being red flagged for possible fraud. He needed a return call before a summons is issued to me at my home or place of employment.. This is TOTAL BS..... Beware....DO NOT call back..

I received the same message about my SS# being flagged for possible fraud and to call to avoid a summons at my home or business. I checked this number and it is for the Family Drugstore in Boca Ratan, FL. Why would a drugstore call about fraud??? Did not return call, don't intend to. There are too many of these people trying to scam people.

got a call from this number on MY CELL PHONE...same thing..my SS# has been flagged, etc. Need a call back to avoid the summons being issued to my house or work. do these people not have anything better to do???

Today I got a call from this number and they told me that my ssn was used in a fraud and I will be summons
if I don't call back. I call and talk to a lady name calie king, she said I took a loan out in 2009 of January, never had a loan or a bank acct.I went to my bank and told them about the phone call they told me don't answer again its a scam?

Today I got a call from this number telling me that my social security number has been flagged and i need to call them back before they issue me a summons, come folks get real this is a big scam and i think the goverment should step in.

Just call the exact same call...soc flagged for fraud and apparently I didn't pay a loan from 2007! Def a scam and it was originally a vs left by Elijah Weinstein and then I talked to a Sally King!

I was going to get all this info to fax to them as proof and then contact my legal rep to handle it but this is complete BS!!

I got that same call today and decided to play along and call them back.  The lady I spoke to said that this was for the Bank of Deleware, or something like that, about a pay day deposit loan from back into 2006 - 2007.  When she told me that I told her to never call me again and hung up.

Someone named Johnathon Stewart called from this number and left a voice message saying that legal papers were sent to me with 7-10 days to respond and since I did not contact them, it was considered a missed court date and further legal action was coming against me unless I contacted him immediately.  I have never received a call from this number before today and have not received any 'legal paperwork'.

Please REPORT these ppl to the Federal Trade Commission!!!  I have been contacted by these ppl numerous times in the last week and it is extremely upsetting.  I talked to the companies that these ppl say I have accounts with and they have to record of anything to do with me.  I filed a report thru these companies, and I also filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission as well as our local attorney general.  THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!!  PLEASE DO NOT BUY INTO WHAT THESE PPL ARE SAYING!  REPORT THEM!!!  THE MORE THAT REPORT THEM, THE BETTER CHANCE OF THEM GETTING CAUGHT!!!!!!!!
