Number was listed on a notice I got in the mail of a "balance due." I'm not even a member anymore, but the letter said I was a past member, which was true, but WAY in the past. Made to sound legit but everything is extremely sketchy. I can't find any of the info from the letter I got on the official UHC website. Calling the number leads to a sketchy sounding automated machine that is vague on the number you're reaching. Doesn't say anything about billing department, or have any menu options.

Any return address on the letter? If so report it to the post office as possible fraud. No return address then throw in shredder and ignore!
