Called twice left message to call back. When I did it said dial 0 if I didn't know the extension then I receice an automated message "I am sorru but an error has occurred in call forward". I believe this is a scam.

Verified that its a scam.  They try to phish your information.  They will lie and use a well known tactic to try and get you to call back.  Easiest way to know its a scam always?  Unknown number, no message left, or fake story to get you to call back.  They have nothing.  Block and move along.

my son received a call from this number from his phone of which is a new number and I don't remember it because he just changed it and have to go into my contacts. They told him I left him number of which I will never ever do and gave him a claim number. This is a scam. Do not entertain this mess
