caller is saying that I have a $2000 bill from Davids Bridal..whatttt??? from  2006  SCAM  BUT  they are saying they are taking me to court.... HELP????

Nothing but a scam, nobody is going to call you if they are going to serve you court papers, especially from a spoofed number. Don’t worry about it. Block the numbers.

This is a fraudster... They try & scare you then when you call its a voicemail. Don't leave any information. They will sell your confirmed number & you will get more fraud calls...

They called first from this number 347-752-4868 saying that they have two judgement against me and I should call immediately phone# 1-866-321-6617. blocked both numbers.

The caller said they had 2 judgements against me and they are actively pursuing me at my home and my place of employment

Question.  I got multiple calls from them too. Had you owed David's bridal money from a past debt? Is this a legit debt collector?

2 judgements, trying to reach you. Actively pursue you at home or place of employment. No options left if we locate you blah, blah, blah. This comes off as a typical scam. The 'we are going to try and scare you into calling' scam.

Called from a 209 area code number which I blocked

It was  recording that said that I had a judgement against me and that charges were being pressed.  They called my boyfriends phone number.
