this is a mediation group trying to settle on old debts. I owed it but for them to tell me I am ignoring their requests when I have never been contacted is BS.

Received a "local" call from 847-232-8872, which I sent to voicemail.  Robo message in a woman's voice warns me of a "lawsuit" and "possible garnishment" unless I return their call immediately to 866-321-6840.  The message also claims that the call is "formal notice" which is wrong, since, by law, formal notice must be in writing.

I received the same call.  I have never heard a debt collector day good luck at the end of a call!

I got the same call just now. So call "formal notice" is mailed (usually certeifield)  and by the way I am not a recieptant I would be a defendant.

They call several times everyday and I get the same message... I have called Bonneville sheriff's office and they have no notice  and BBB says scam

Why is it when you Google this number not 1 business name pops up???  If they were a legit company a business name should pop up.  Its a Scam!

Harrasming me at work

I get robo calls from them all the time, asking for Demetrius Manning and throwing around scary words like lawsuit and garnishment trying to get you to call back. They don't identify themselves and they've got their legal jargon mixed up. Probably identity thieves. My name is not Demetrius Manning so I've never cared.

I get this call all the time.  I have blocked the number they call from, but the recording leaves a voicemail.  I have tried calling the number back to inform them that they must contact me via mail and I won't address anything until they do, yet when I call the number it is disconnected.  SCAM!

Got a call just today. No name of company nor no name of whom I am suppose to contact so I guess I contact nobody and what buiness says:"good luck" ? . This is SO CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

I received a call from 817-345-0998 with a message from an unnamed called from an unnamed company stating that the call was in regards to check fraud on behalf of my name.  The message directed me to call 866-321-6840 to resolve the matter, ending in "good luck".

This is a scammer... They can not garnish you or take you to court, the name jim Bell is fake. He buys theses old payday loans and scams people out Thier money over and over saying they don't have proof they paided. He uses these recording trying to scare people about he was at Thier home trying to serve them which is a lie. He also has other recording saying this is a civil matter and it's not true at all. He can not do anything to anyone. His real name is Marcellus Horton he is located at 939 north Cobb parkway ste 107 Marietta GA. He processes the payment under nsmg. Which is known for north south management group as a sale transaction like you purchased something. He is a con artist do not pay him. He is also using another business name which is located in Pennsylvania. the address there is 645 Hamilton St suite 114A Allentown PA 18101. He trys to bribe you by saying do you have a paided letter etc. The letters are not legitimate. If you have paided this man file a lawsuit record the conversation because he can't garnish you are take you to court.the calls are not recorded he is a scammer. All information is what you need to do so make sure you record everything he's saying and doing and file a suite against him immediately this is an illegal collection office this is not a garnishment office or a court filing office. He cannot do anything on a ole debit especially not on your credit report. You do not have to pay nothing will be done

This man uses fake names for everyone please be aware. He is not supposed to contact relatives it is against the law to tell anyone's personal business. Have your recorder set up use all precautions and file a suite. He has used keystone mediation, North South management group. NSMG... Even the emails are fake. He uses a Gmail account with fake names of the business
