I got a call from this number this afternoon. I was not able to answer it, and they left no message. I did call back whenever I had a chance, though. It was Citi, offering me a couple of possibilities to help with debt reduction on my account. It is not a collections call, nor a sales call. The program is totally voluntary, and beneficial to the consumer. There are several different incentive plans to help you reduce your debt and increase your available credit through this program. I would recommend that you call them back.

Yes, its CITI, they lie!!!!!!!!!!  They had made me an offer, reduced interest and schuled payment of 75.00.. I complied and they still charge the grossly inflated (userey interest) and the payment did not change!  our Tax dollars in use.... your better off going to Bruno, he will give you a better rate and respect.... for the record I have been a customer of CITI from 1969 when they were First National Bank
