Called looking for one of my relatives, said they needed them to contact them. Gave me this phone number and a case number to pass on.

Just got a call. I think they are debt collectors or skip tracers.

My relatives  got a voicemail  and asking my location. And I don't how this company got their phone numbers. Left this number and case number but left no company name. I also got a voicemail. Said there's a complaint filed against on me and the next step, paperworks will be filed to court if I won't call this number back. Legally, I should get a letter/summon, not a phone call.

Is this legit??I mean I talked to susan white she seems on a rush...she told me i have complaint ..she didn't tell me ..where from...she gave me a file number..I'm confused. .
