Caller Malory has left 2 (two) messages the past 3 days. When I call back they are not in the office. Message left says my corporation has a debt due for a specific account number. I have cleared my books and have no outstanding balances, which I left on a message when I called back on 2nd call. 3rd call 2 times yesterday stated that she needs to speak to me immediately. I called back left a message that I do not conduct ANY business over the phone, I require a paper trail. I left my email address and the physical address for a mailing to be sent, I requested that she insert her name so I can make the connection.

This company is as corrupt as they come for collection agencies, they are pathetic people who harass and call at all hours and have no factual basis for any of their claims

I've received 3 calls on my cell phone from a Kevin for an Alex. Of course I have no idea who this is as I only have this phone about a year and my name isn't Alex.So I called them back, did talk to Kevin and told him to stop calling my number for Alex. He said Oh, this is the number he gave me. I told him NO! and to stop calling my number. He said ok, that was on 4/12, I haven't gotton another call since. This sounded like a regular business call. This Kevin wasn't rude, but then I was no push over.

Just tell these creeps to stop calling you. I have a cell phone for emergency only. No one has my number, no one. The phone is not for incoming calls, that's the way I want it. I don't think I can block him. But I'll see. If he calls again I'll contact my carrier.

I got a call today telling me investagation glad i was able to get on this page ,kinda figured it was just a scam !!!!

Received a call from Kevin telling me he is doing an "Asset Liability" investigation for a guy from this number. A property visit was scheduled and was going to comence bank records search immediately. Bring it on!!!

Got a call today from a private investigator that said he is coming Tuesday to confiscate my assets and also getting a report from my bank to call this number.. After reading all this post now I see it is scam

Private investigator phishing expedition! Do not trust, scumbags, just trying to scare you!

Ha! Called from an unknown number, stating he's a private investigator calling regarding assets and liability. Gave us a name of Mike Henkley to call regarding this. Gave us the 866-322-3328 number, looked it up and found this!

They called saying we have a debt dating back to 2017.  We have no unpaid debt.  Ignored the call and will continue to do so
