Voicemail said "hello, I am contacting you today in regards to a formal complaint received in my firm...this will result in servicer process being completed either at home address on record or active place of employment...To avoid from having any further legal action taken against you...call 866-322-4346". I presume it is a debt collection because I have had debt collectors call me before for someone with my same name living in within 15 miles from my home address.

I received the same message.  They called my work number and left the message, but I don't know who or what this is regarding.

Called cell phone left same message today. Tried to call back no answer.   Did research said Edward Sloan Agency ,when email them will not go thru.
Have no idea never received anything in mail.  Going to report to BBB and or FCC

They left me the same voice mail mentioned above. I called them. They told me I am going to be served for a complaint filed with them by a company called Quincy Financial and that I owe over $1,600 on a payday loan for $300 obtained in 2011. I never got a payday loan, I've never heard of this company before, I've never gotten a call or a bill, but they have my name, phone number, address, an old email address and my social security number. I can't tell if it's a scam or if I had my identity stolen or what.

Received a email with the same information. Dont know who they are saying going to be served at place of employment of home. Very unprofessional the way it was present on the email. No return number a email really?

Same type of scam as above. They said I would have to dispute by that day and then head to court to take care of matters. Same price of $1600 for something old. The voicemail was sketchy...the call waiting music was sketchy...the woman I talked to "Holly Baker" extension 2510 was also sketchy and couldn't give me any info. These scammers need to do their research first!

I got the same message on my home phone.  I believe it's a scam.
