Is this phone number a legitimate Canada revenue agency collections number?

I was phoned by someone from canada revenue agency and asked to give personal identification information and I would like to know if this is a legitimate number.

I got  a phone call from this number and telling I signed a documents by Aug 3rd, 2018 AND HE WANT TO VARIFY MY INFOR. SCAM CALL

I got a call and saying I was signed by a letter for some one for reference. they want to few questions from me. all scam. pls dont call back. 519-584-3971 He said he is from CRA and his name is John Stuber.

This number called but I didn't answer, they left a message wanting me call them about a complaint on me. Wanting me to call them back. Probably scam.

Got a call saying she tried to serve me a summons at an old address. Gave me a case number and fake phone number to call.
