Portfolio Recovery is a collection company, who also has a poor reputation. I will be sending them a certified letter to demand that they stop calling my number.

Portfolio Recovery caller Lucy Gomez she states. First she didn't know my last name. Secondly, wanted me to verify who I was on my number she called. If this isn't crazy. I will be sending a letter to them immediately. The use 866 numbers and local state numbers. Isn't this against the law??
