Another one of the countless numbers used by Portfolio Recovery. Buys zombie debts for pennies then tries to collect the full amount by calling nonstop, never leaving a message and ignores you when you tell them they have the wrong number. It actually pays to take them to court for breaking the law.

I have no debts, but keep getting these annoying calls from Portfolio Recovery Associates. To date, I have filed complaints on 152 of these calls with the FCC and FTC. I have logged 8 more since the last complaints.

Unsolicited call, didn't leave message

Has been calling for months, different times, different spoof numbers, never leaves message. For all I know, these calls are about an ex-wife, a son-in-law, a previous tenant, because they are all deadbeats.
