It's Humana.  They were calling to update me on a medical services request.  When you call back, the recording tells you what they wanted (no kidding) and gives you the option to speak to a person.

The call came in when I was out.  CID just gave the phone number...didn't say it was from Humana.  My answering machine was on but they didn't leave a message.  Whenever I get a call from a number I don't recognize I always go to 800notes to find out more.  Thanks.

It was Humana calling me to let me know that the tests that my doctor ordered for me were approved.

Rang, no message. Called back. Recording indicated that services ordered by my doctor were approved.

Yes, it is the Humana message system.  If you call them back, they will update you on status of pending approvals/ rejections

It is a Humana computer recording.  They have been calling and leaving messages for years, for a name I am unfamiliar with.   I have tried at least 3 times to use the options to say I am not the person they are trying to call.

This is my ins. co.  But, it would be nice if my caller ID would display that it was Humana, then I would answer it without fear.  I gave up my unlisted home phone number because it did not pay anymore since no one pays attn. to the do not call list and my number has since since plastered on the Internet.  No more privacy for me...

This is Humana Insurance letting me know treatment was approved.  If you would like them to stop calling you for things like this, go to www.humana.com and sign in.  Click on My Profile where a dropdown menu will appear.   Click on Communication Preferences and you can changes your preferences to email or snail mail.  Communication by phone is annoying so I changed my preferences.

It would be nice of Humana , to stop it with the toll free#, I am disable, by the time I get to the phone to check it, see these damn, toll free #'s I do not answer them. I to am on the do not call list, for get it. Thats a bunch of crap. Than there is crap of our un-listed #'s posted if any jack rabbit pay 95 cents can get all your personal info. Nothing is personal anymore. you want to check police records fine do it. Your my HMO, use a # I know, I'll answer maybe. Just about to turn land line off anyway, and I never use my cell, so thats one way to stop these harassing calls.

Got the same voice mail yesterday (08.20.16) and a different call-back number from the one that showed up on screen. I do not trust this caller at all. #1--no reference number given (claim, reference, etc). #2--I have two claims pending with Humana. #3--in all the years I've had Humana, they have ALWAYS contacted me by mail so I have documentation.

Cut off call because no ID, checked here. I do have Humana and have complained about their refusal to use a real ID. Glad to see I am not the only one. Humana are you listening?

I also got my voice print of both my first and last name when I called back.   I am not happy about this at all.

This 866-323-1548  called my home today at 9:22AM, and woke me up.  Caller ID said Toll Free Call, so I blocked it.   I have Humana, they need to change their Caller ID.  I also have my communication marked for U.S. Mail only, plus I have verbally told them 3 times, and they still call me.   My doctor did order sn MRI, so I am gussing this call was for approval.   My doctor does NOT order test unless he first gets an approval.   Humana tries to coordinate all my care, and that is NOT their responsibility, it is mine!  They are an "insurance company" and NOT a doctor!!
