    Fax is advertising National Safety's "Become an Alberta OH&S Trainer in one Day"... (Wow - a career in just one day!)
    Fax removal number is the same 866-323-3991. I called 02 June, 2014, automated system said successful, didn't give any time frame for removal. Guess we'll see.
    Not sure who the spam company that actually owns the number is - they seem to stay hidden pretty well.
