This number just called our house.  My search came up with "Earthlink" as the owner.  I knew it was a toll-free prefix, so I just lifted up my receiver and put it back down real quick.  No message was left.

Caller left no message on voice mail. Called the number back and got "Concerned Women for America"

The data isn't outdated - I just got a call from this number and the caller ID listed it as EARTHLINK.  Didn't answer because I already knew from previous research that it was bunk marketing.  At this point, I'm surprised CWoA hasn't been sued out of existence yet - there are many that would consider their overly aggressive methods as harrasment and plenty of civil courts that would likely agree.

Constant calling. 866-323-5421 anonymous. If callers block identification and don't want me to know who is calling, I agree I don't want to know. I AM on a no call list
