She would not identify who she was calling for.  She also asked if we had a VISA ending in xxxx. She would not take no for an answer.  Was offering $395 vacation trip and a packet of information.  Thick foreign accent.

I have a cheap tracfone that charges minutes everytime it is used and someone from this number constantly calls my tracfone and I never answer because it is an unknown number to me and if i did it would deduct minutes at .75 cents per minute. I just bought the phone at a Dollar Store and only have 60 minutes on it for emergency use. I don't know how they got the number assigned to it unless it is just wild numbers that they call but they won't stop. Is this automated or something? 1=866=323=7288 needs to stop calling tracfones and costing people lots of money when they have no business with them at all.

this is some sort of loan company from what i have found out. I wish they would leave me alone. I am 63 years old and do not need a student loan nor does anyone in my family. At least once a day and my cell phone on top of that. how do they get numbers? this is harrasment!
