This is Verizon calling to collect on a bill

This may be a call service for all collections.  This number when called back was a recording from Orange and Rockland electric, it asked if i was so and so and if so press one.  it then advised that the bill was over due and could be paid.  it also allowed me to press #8 if the bill was already paid.

Yes recieved call on  Phone number 925-270-8338.This phone belongs to me only.

Caller Id states: 800 Service...I've been ignoring this number since it doesn't list who is calling. They left an automated v-msg requesting I call back Orange & Rockland Electric. When late in paying the electric bill, they mail you a reminder, why are they are spending extra bucks to have this annoying feature ? I put this on my Blocked list.
