No Call, Received a card in the mail saying happy birthday you open it up and it tells you for your birthday they are sending you and a companion on a round trip flight anywhere in the continental USA and a complementary 3 day 2 night stay at a Marriot hotel and if you call within 72 hours of receipt of the card you get a free dinner for two at red lobster or two other famous restaurants... I googled the phone number as it was totally suspicious and found this site so I thought I would write to warn folks about all the creativity. That is the Phone number on the card also along with a reservation # which probably tells them who the caller is.

These people have now called me twice, right around 8:10 AM, and have not left any messages.  They are a debt collections company (or so the message claimed).  The address on their message (I called back, hoping for a person, but got a recording instead) is:

I live in California.  Aren't these bozos aware of the time difference between states!?  Because, of course, calling so early and so regularly is harassment, and illegal, under the law, right?

These Morons called me from 866-323-8596, but I was unable to get to a LIVE person to discuss the issue.  My issue is that they are calling for a Moises Marshall, who most likely had this phone number more than 2 years ago (I got this number 2 years ago).  I called the number listed on their website, and was directed by Candace to call 800-279-9525.  I got Peter, Who in turn tells me to call 800-279-1783.  I have now sat on HOLD for 20 minutes trying to get these people to remove my number from their system so they will stop calling me for a person I am PRETTY sure is a thief, a Liar, and uses MANY aliases (Moises Nicholas, Moises Nicola, Moises Marshall, Moises Diaz, Maria Diaz, Maria Nicolas).  Let me be helpful and tell you that these people have NO INTENTION of helping you achieve anything more than a headache and frustration.

I have received several automated calls from this company concerning a $18 balance on the account of some person whose name is unintelligible.  I finally gave up and listened to the complete call to get their phone #.  However, when I called, there were only two options - 1 for the customer and 2 for the non-customer.  I selected 2 and got a new recorded message telling me to pass along the information to the customer.  There is NO option to speak to a real person.  The voice reports the company as I C System.
