Left a message saying they were with Novant Medical Group

Left a message saying they were Lisa calling with an important business matter.  Did not tell the business name.  Called the number back (after hours) and it rang a fast busy.

In the kernersville area.

A telemarketer/fake medical representitive, has been calling peoples numbers.
Saying " you owe an amount of $_____.00 for Novant Medical Group.
A few people has said they were calling and spoke English/ spanish
HELP THESE PEOPLE TO GET CAUGHT!

Said it was Novant and knew all the info.

Lisa, Novant Medical Group. Don't know them and don't owe them. They have called 2 or 3 times a month for several months.

If you have anything done at presbyterian hospital, they are the billing company for them. Presbyterian hospital as well as many other doctors offices fall under Novant Medical now.

Have you been to the hospital or dr lately? They are over the following hospitals and the drs whom treat patients there.

This is the billing department for several hospitals and doctors offices in the North Carolina area. I have been dealing with this business for years and they are more than cooperative with you in collecting the debts owed to them. They call sometimes as courtesy calls reminding you a bill is overdue. They have never been mean or rude in my dealings with them and have always worked with us at times when we have had to spread the money owed out into payments. Novant Medical Group is a legitimate billing department with whom the people really are pleasant to deal with,one of the few rare ones out there,just trying to collect the debts owed to their clients,but yet,they will work with you to get them paid.

This is a SCAM! I refused to tell them my DOB or address. I'm reporting them!! I don't owe money!

Scam. Linda from Novant Health asking me to call back with some reference # she gave me.

I called this  number and got a recording "Thank you for calling Novant Medical Services." I owe them money and this is a legitimate number for Novant.

This is the billing dept for Novant Health which many doctors and hospitals in the NC area fall under. This is a valid phone # and a valid business. Not a scam or fake.

Got a call from this number; it is a legit number from Novant Medical Group calling about an overdue hospital bill.  Called for someone named Emily (obviously not me) so I returned the call using the reference number they provided and spoke to a very nice gentlemen and informed them they had a wrong number.  He pulled up the record and apparently the patient had given my phone number as theirs.  He removed my number from the record and apologized for the inconvenience.  Very nice people to deal, why can't they all be this nice?!

Not a scam,  this was a call regarding my son's account with Novant. Very nice. I even had questions and she sent them to the supervisor. They were not calling to collect from me, it was a courtesy call that some insurance payments had been made and my balance that I do owe them on my account monthly has changed.

I live in a totally different part of the country, have never been to the area these hospitals are located and have no outstanding medical bills anywhere.  I am plagued with robo calls and this is just another one using legitimate organization's name trying to scam people into paying money they don't owe.   Terrible.
