Called from a local number (615-349-1506) and left a message for my ex-husband.  Return number was this toll free number.

They have been calling my cell phone 2-3 times per week since November 2009. They always asks for the same person who is unknown to me. I have called them on their 866-329-5362 number quite a few times asking them to remove me from their list. However, they continue to call and harass. I am tempted to call them every few hours and bother them at work like they do me.

They called to tell me they were collecting for a debt on a card I don't have and have never had.  They asked if my SSN was a certain number, and when I said no they said they would need my SSN and DOB to be removed from suspicion.  Obviously I didn't give that info out because I think they are a fraud, but if they are not, can this affect my credit?  The debt is not mine but I don't want to give out my info to a random company.
