- ScottYep, got the letter today. "American" what? "We have attempted contacting you several times without success." Ok, why didn't you leave a message? Down at the bottom center of the page, "B-360995" doesn't mean anything. I don't foresee a high return on this scam.
- MikeI received an identical letter to the one Scott described above, only the number at the bottom is B - 370835. It asked to call this number to collect my two free tickets by July 31st, and the tickets are worth up to $1,198.00. Oh, and certain restrictions apply.
They even went to the extent of hand-writing my name and address on the envelope and wasting 46 cents in stamps. It had a Phoenix stamp dated Jul 26, 2013. The letter inside was hand-signed by some Sue Myer, an alleged Vice President of who knows what. - MikeThis number, (866) 329-5553, comes up as:
