A loan company threatening to sue if a prepaid phone card is not baught to pay off bill but never applyed or got loan

We think it's a scam

I received the same call they are scamming people they want a gift card or they will sue.

Received a call from a local number directly me to call this. Woman was very rude but listed of personal info that was completely incorrect (workplace, bank), threatened to serve some papers if my attorney did not call her. I even tried to correct her about my wrong workplace and she told me that I was lying. Ridiculous scam

Got a call from this # at my WORK asking my receptionist  if I was still employed here.   Put her on hold and never picked back up!  Also got a call on my cell.  VM left said that this was Liz Prescott calling.  She is a "Claims Investigator" from Legal Outsourcing.  My name is being listed as a primary defendant in a civil judgement lawsuit.  Either I or my attorney needs to call her in the next 24 hours or she will be forced to surrender my info to my local county.  Funny, I owe no outstanding debts, and have NEVER received anything in the mail regarding anything sounding even vaguely similar.  Uhm, I WON"T be calling, nor will my attorney and I WON'T be falling for your scam!  NEXT!

I got a call. Liz claimed to work for Cordova and Westward. I asked for everything in writing and she got agitated.
