Received a call from someone claiming to be an Investigator names Liz Ramos called asking for a immediate call back. She didn't state why she is calling or what the call was pertaining.

This woman claiming to be Lisa Ramos keeps calling and harassing me for someone else.  They also make their phone number appear to be someone that you know.

If anyone receives a call from these people do not give out any information. They are operating illegally. They probably are not even registered to operate in your state. They want you to think that they are a governmental agency and they are not which is in violation of the law. Since they are calling people in other states, it makes it a federal violation. They call themselves investigators, but they do not have a Private investigators license. They will not give out the business address or any other information of who they  work for or their location
