this number calls and calls and never stops calling. Jacques somebody says hello in a French accent then just wheezes then our family hangs up. Weird guy!

I too keep getting these all the time on my cell phone. They always hang up and never leave a message if I miss the call.

They just texted me for a file clerk position that I never applied for. It said to text back STOP to end further communication so I did. No real job sends you a text message. That is fishy in and of itself. Don't answer any questions for these people. They are not a legite company.

They called my cell at 3:00 PM for four consecutive days.  I didn't answer and they left no message.

They called my cell today at 1:15 and didn't leave a message when I didn't answer.  When you try to call the number back it tells you that it is not in service.

Received this call numerous times through the entire month (during day, afternoon, evening).  Did not pick it up, no messages either.

Thisnumber called for the past couple of days in the evening. I did not pick up and no message was left.  Last night it hung up too slow and my message caught a word. Sounds like a woman talking in foreign language.

I also received calls from time to time during last days. No message and not exist when call back.

1-866-332-2323 is the number to ROGER'S customer service in Canada although I think the calls are come out a call centre in India

I accidentally picked up this call.  It was an East Indian slang woman calling for some sort of survey on behalf of Rogers.  I told her that I don't have the intention to disclose any information to her, she then ended the call in a polite manner.  She didn't call since then.
