Interstate gas supply customer service. Customer service answered right away and said that they must have just had the wrong number. They have called several times over the past few days.

Did not answer

I got two calls in two days from here, when I answer no one is there. I call back and get a messege stating their business hours and telling to call back during those hours... but according to the messege IT IS THEIR BUSINESS HOURS! I calld back today and just ggot a busy signal, so I called back and someone just picked up the receiver and hung back up without saying a word.

This number called my home 3 times today 12:08 pm, 6:04 pm and 8:11 pm they never leave a message or say anything

The call and ask for the person who pays the gas bill.  As soon as I say that we dont pay a gas bill (we are an office w/electric heat)they hang up.  I called back the number that *69 gave me and the line immediately picks up and I hear hold music.

i've been getting calls from here for the alst 2 days, and I just called back. I got the customer service center for Interstate gas Supply, who when asked explained why I was being called. They are -cough- offering a new rate plan for natural gas usage.

I simply said that my apartment pays for our monthly gas usage and she then removed me from their calling list.

someone from this number is calling 6 to 8 times a day.  my mother is home she is 81 and on a cain. when she picks up the phone no one will answer. i am at work when this is happening. i have tried the number but just get a busy signal.

This is a gas-resale service, never sign up for these things, I did it once and regretted it.  They prepay for gas service apparently.  The next month my bill went up 500% because they were pre-buying gas.  Took me forever to get my money gack

The calls from this number are numerous different telemarketing calls they call many times a day even leave messages on my voice mail. One time I talked to a person and ask to be taken off the call list but I was not taken off

Received phone call at 6:25p.m. and the only thing that was left on the answering machine was a girl saying "cover me". I immediately dialed *69 and was given this number(866)332-3722. Called them back and got a recording stating that I didn't call during their business hours, but it was their business hours. Company was called Interstate Gas Supply.

For anyone that needs it the actual company toll free number for Interstate Gas Supply is 800-280-4474.  If you call this number you can be put on a do not call list thus stopping the calls from 866-332-3722.  The 866-332-3722 is a telemarketing service contracted by IGS so calling this number will do no good you must call IGS directly.

Thanks Kim!  Your comments really helped.  I called the main IGS call center at the number you gave and the operator took some time to find a manager to find out what was going on because she didn't recognize this toll free number, but she came back and did say it was one of their new outsourced call centers and offered to take my information and have the calls stop.  Said it may take 30 days or so for it to go into effect.  Hope this really works.  Thanks also to the previous posters--my experience has been the same.  I call daily--at a government work number--no one there when I pick up after two rings--recorded message when I return the call during their "business hours".  Hope we can get rid of these folks!

Clarification:  the sentance above should read: One call daily...(not to be interpreted that I call them daily)...

Same exact problem with this company as described by everyone above...I called the 800-280-4474 number that "Kim" had provided us, and I spoke to a "Brian" that assured me that my number would be removed from their calling center's list.

We'll see if that happens.
