Can't find who this # belongs to. Never answered, glad that I didn't after I read that I have to pay for the phone charges if ianswer any 8__- no.!😛

Called several times.  I did not answer.  They don't leave a message but stay on the line long enough for me to get a vm notification.  Very annoying.

They continue to call my cell phone over and over.  I called them back from a different number and the line was answered "Hello I am Daniel how can I assist you"

They call and never answer when you reply to the call they call three to four times a day

Call up to 4 times a day. Have # blocked so it goes straight to vm. Don't leave mssg but but stay on line so phone shows I have vm. Called back today from other line and they answered Consumer Health & Beauty. Wish they would stop calling!!!

Call up 5 times today and left no message. Really annoying !

I began getting calls from this number after I signed up for a trial offer for a beauty product, Hydroluxe. Guess that falls under the Consumer Health & Beauty category. "Where do we send your trial offer?" was on the sign-up page. After providing my information (I have a dedicated email/mailing address/phone number for this sort of thing), I was taken to a page to pay $3 or so for the product. Then the calls started coming in - they didn't leave a message even though they've called several times.

I filled out an online order and chose not to complete or order the Health and Beauty product, and ever since I have had non-stop phone hangups, at least 8 voice messages from :Stating Hi sorry for the call, i noticed you were on our website and didn't order, please call me at: Cathy (866-484-6139) and Frank at (866-332-5312) and I had to call them back, March 30,2017 at 2:00pm GMT, and at long distance, why NO 1800 number??? and talked to Daniel who I voiced my extreme displeasure at being stalked seemingly day and night (till 9pm) and the reason I didn't ORDER, was I didn't want to! I said remove my name and number and email from your database, and asked did you do that.. Daniel hung up.  10 MINUTES LATER, Regal calls to say I noticed you were on our website.. I SAID STOP I just SPOKE to Daniel and said I wanted phone and email removal from your databases, and that I was feeling even MORE stalked by your repeated unwanted calls, Regal said it takes 5 days to be removed from the computer. I said Please make sure you remove me. THEN 15 minutes later a call from 855-837-9023 which hangs up when I answer after 6 rings. I have unplugged my phone. and on Apr 5, when I plug it in, if I receive more calls, time to change!!

Same BS as above writer.  Concerns Hydroluxe; filled out part of page online and decided not to order.  Now getting calls from 866-484-6139 as well as 866-332-5312.  Man from first number was polite when told that I do not want any.  We shall see if the calls end or not.

Calgary 3  to 5 times a day. Have it on call block. This morning they called at 7:30 am.

These people have called me at least 9 times in three days on my landline. Identifies himself as Daniel and says I was on their website and my trial offer is ready to ship I just need to touch base with them by calling 866-332-5312. They do leave message also. I tried to block the number with my provider but they say the number is invalid. I reported to the do not call registry and the FCC. Don't understand why they won't give up.

Left a message and said it was "Frank"  and that I had tried to call them and didn't complete my order and he would be there till 5.  Also mentioned I was on their website  and as Neta mentioned my free offer is ready to ship.  I think it is a beauty products company.

As with AJB above, I've gotten at least 3 voice mail messages a day from "Frank" (it was a recorded message) about an incompleted order on website. I answered once yesterday, asked them to stop calling, but got home today to 3 more identical messages. I did call back and asked them to be sure I am removed and put on "don't call" list. The operator assured me he would - I hope it's true.

I started to sign up on the website for a free trial of the anti aging cream. When I got to the part of paying for shipping and handling I choose not to bother.  A short time later I received a call from them.  They left a vm on my phone saying they noticed I had been on their website last night or today but didn't finish the order. They left a number for me to call them back. I didn't call back, & the next morning I received another call from them.  I called back &  a woman answered by saying "hello". I asked why they were calling me & she said that I didn't complete my online order. She asked for credit card info and they would send me the product.  I asked her which product was she referring to. At that point she said it was the hydrolux cream.  I told her I didn't want it because I had to pay s&h.  She made a point of saying "It's only $3.95". I told her I was not interested and please stop calling me.
I got the vibe that it was not legit, so they were not getting my credit or bank info.

This number calls at least 4x a day every day and a guy named Frank leaves an almost exact voicemail that I "didn't complete my order on their website last night or could have been this morning so please call me back because we have your product packaged and ready to ship out to you!"....I called back after getting really annoyed and they hung up 3x and then answered and the background noise sounded like 5,000 telemarketers harassing people.  The young guy on the phone said he couldn't take my number off because someone from my phone # entered my number for a promotion and my number could only be deleted once that promotion ended.  The phone they keep calling is my work sponsored company phone and I know for a fact no one used that number.  Its ridiculous.  When I tried to explain it's a work number and to please delete the number he said "cant do that mam, so sorry" and hung up.  In this day and age people still do business like this?  Its ridiculous. He wouldn't give me the business name or anything or the "supposed" website that was visited.

Same as many others. Caller leaves identical vm saying that I didn't complete an online order. I've had multiple daily voicemails and calls that continues even though I blocked them. Where do I report harassing telemarketers/scammers?

Note however, that if the callers are basically criminals and scofflaws (like so many of them are)  the DNC is no barrier to their calls.

In that event invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

Good to know from y'all's stories what's to come. This was an ad on an otherwise trusted site I was looking at yesterday.  Anyway, I filled out their online order form, then for some but reason felt uneasy so decided to see if it was really legitimate and bam, red flags galore!! Glad I hadn't entered any credit card info at that point.  I started deleting what I entered, from bottom up, backing out and double deleted...and still, they were able to get my phone number to call me yesterday. The live type automated "hi, I'm Frank and noticed you were on our website last earlier.....Placing my order call them back, etc.  Today so far I've gotten 3 calls from them!  I blocked them the first time and they just keep calling.  Now I've turned my answering​ machine off...It rang for the third time about seven rings and that was 5 hours ago, so far no more calls. Hopefully that will give 'em a clue and mess with their automated system.
