have no idea who this is.  The sms says state department.

Also got message from 3728 saying that this is State Department and to call back this number regarding VISA credit card issue. I compared all CC nunbers I have with provided VISA CC number, and it wasn't mine. Some kind of scam...
When I called this number, it says that the number is unavailable from my calling area(I blocked my caller ID)

Have received a message from 3777 saying that this is State Department and to call back this number regarding VISA credit card issue.

ID said state dept. called the number asked me to activate credit card.

Question: what kind of phone is everyone who received this useing. It it a phone that can download apps?

I also received a text saying:

st@t-momail.net// New SMS: State Deparment - FCU Visa Issue.  Call 866-332-8955!

When I tried to call, it also said that the phone number was outside my area.  It must be a scam.  

My phone is a Samsung flip phone - no apps.
