J'ai reçu plusieurs message texte de ce numéro, pour un total de $65.00 sur ma facture, le hic, c'est que je dors à cette heure là, et je ne connais pas ce numéro

I've been billed twice for a service I didn't use, Triton refuses to give me my money back insisting that I accepted the charges when it wasn't true.

I was charged $4.99 for calling the Bath and Body Works customer service email provided in their subscription newsletter. I contacted Bath and Body Works and they told me they would never bill someone for calling their customer service line. If you attempt to call this number they will be hostile towards you and tell you that you accepted the charges. They hung up on me the moment I asked why I was charged... When I attempted to call back, hoping another person would answer to help me, I was put on hold for 15 minutes until an automated message told me to leave a message and that my call would be returned by the end of the day. When I called back 10 seconds later on my house phone my call was immediately answered by the same woman. They basically ignored my call on my cell phone when I called back because they didn't want to answer my question. When she realized it was me, she told me I "wasn't paying attention" when I accepted the charges. When I called 1-888-684-6412 (the Bath and Body Works number provided in their email) they didn't disclose any information about charges or service rates. Watch out for this scam! Do not call this number or 1-888-684-6412!

This number charged me via Premium messaging to a total of 9.98 this past billing cycle on my videotron mobile account.

The company associated to the number is Triton Global. As far as I am aware I have never done commerce with this company in any sort of fashion. The Premium message charges associated to calls that were never received on my account. There were 4 charges: 3 of the numbers seem to come from china.. the last was PC plus points for loblaws groceries stores.

I would recommend sending a message to Triton global directly expressing that you do not consent to any premium messages to your account, as this is against Canadian law to make charges to a consumer without direct consent. both of which I never provided to Triton Global or PC Plus points

I also highly recommend you contact your phone provider customer support to block premium messaging, or block the number directly.

I wholly think this was a scam based off my current experience as well as others experience on this page. Triton seems to be slipping in charges without proof of consent which is illegal in Canada.

Sur notre facturation mensuelle, nous avons eu une surcharge associé à ce numéro sur notre cellulaire pour un 'SMS entrant Premium' au montant de $4.99 le 24 mai 2018. Et pourtant, sur notre cellulaire aucun SMS entrant cette date et aucun appel non plus.

Un montant de 4.99$ pour les messages  premium  sur la facture le 6 mai 2018 ( aucun SMS reçu )

Moi aussi j’ai sur ma facturation de juin 4 paiements 14h20 .99$ Et 4,00$ et à 14h58 .99$ et 4,00$.  Je ne le sais pas, sur ma facture, c’est seulement MobiPay.  Moi aussi message premium que j’ai fait arrêter immédiatement par mon service de téléphonie

J'ai reçu ma facture de Vidéotron et Mobipay au # 8663404990 me charge un MSG le 5 octobre de 0,99$  à 20h42 et un MSG le 5 octobre à 20h42 de 4,00$  sur mon # tél.Je ne retrouve pas ce message. Il y a lieu de faire enquête sur ce site et ce numéro de téléphone qui semble arnaquer les gens .

Ils m ont facturé 87, 56 dollars pour aucune raison

Même chose pour moi, 17 janvier 2019, 10:54 0.99$ et 10:54 4.00$. Sur ma facture ça indique mobipay 866 340-4990.

moi aussi sur ma facture du mois de mars 2019, j'ai été facturé 0,99$ et 4,99$ la même heure. Sur ma facture ça indique mobipay 866 340-4990.

Plusieurs SMS que je n’ai jamais reçus et qui me sont facturés 4$ chaque plus d’autres à 0,99$. Je n’ai jamais rien sollicité...
Ma facture du mois de mai 2018 va être plus lourde... Je ne suis vraiment pas content...

Ça m'est arrivé aussi le 11 mars 2019, 3 messages pour  $4, 2x $0.99. Videotron m'a remboursé et a bloqué tous les messages premium.

Je suis avec Tellus , triton m' a chargé 2 fois 4.99 $ pour 2 achats sur mon cell que j' aurai fait . Le problème c' est qu' à part texter et aller sur Snapchat , je ne sais rien faire d' autre .... Suite au conseil que j' ai lu un peu plus haut , j' ai appelé Tellus et m' ont bloqué triton , pour plus que ca arrive . J' attends des nouvelles demain en espérant un remboursement ...
