I have recieved 6 calls yesterday alone from these rotten people. Why do I call them rotten? I don't necessarily blame the telemarketer. The only people that take this kind of job anyway, are usually the chronically unemployed,or unemployable. They are generally historically the lowest forms of life on the planet.

But I am not talking about them (tongue in cheek). The real culprit is the company that employ these vermin. The boiler rooms that are run by these companies make it completly useless to demand of the telemarketer to stop calling and take me off your list. The calls are simply re routed to other telemarketers who can hopefully suceed with you, where the other one "failed". This is typical. The name of the parent company that run this product "Maxoderm" that they are peddling is Barmensen Labs in Edison, N.J. I called the FTC to get in on the do not call list, and because I did not have email, they gave me a toll free number to call and it is ( 888) 382 -1222. They also told me to contact my state attorney general's office and file a complaint. The best thing at the moment is to ignore the calls if you recognise the number and don't pick up the phone. Generally these companies will take you off the list if no one can get through to you. But the best defense is to get on the do not call list.If the FTC continues to recieve complaints against a company, there are from what I understand very severe penalties. I left the message previous to this one. Yes they are still calling. In answer to the question as to why it is several seconds before they say anything, is when you are saying over and over again "hello", then they know that it is not an answering machine, but a live person answering.

The trully best way to avoid them is as everyone else has said Get on the do not call list. www.donotcall.gov It will take 31 days of still getting these calls, but after that you can make your complaint with the I beleive it is the FTC not the Fcc. The FTC is The Fair Trade Commission.

After you are on the Do Not Call List, simply look at your caller ID. If it is them, just don't get upset, because they get off on that. Simply don't pick up the phone, and if it is your cell phone, don't erase the number, because this is your log of time of day, and how many calls were made.

Remember, you have rights, and they are obviously breaking many laws. For one if I am not mistaken, they cannot try to call more then once a day. Number 2, if they do, they are breaking the law. If the number is this 866 # 0r if it is 732 area code, just don't pick up. I smell class action lawsuit down the road.  Cha Ching !! It just might be a blessing in disguise. Power to the people! Any idea how much they have to pay for each of those calls, if we turn the screws on them? If I tell 10 people and they tell 10 and so on, not bad. When you get them on the phone, don't forget to allude to something about their mother.

This 866 number has now been calling my home phone for weeks... at first i did not answer the calls, but then i decided to answer...of course, there was no "answer" when i said hello.  After several more days of these calls, we called them...told them to NOT CALL again...they said it would take 30 days to process that request.  Fyi, I am already on the "national" DO NOT CALL LIST... (since 10/07).   Yesterday I/we only received about 4 calls from them, today they are back up to NINE calls (so far at 5:45 PM).  HOW DO WE REPORT THIS HARRASSMENT TO THE FCC???  i TOO AM FUMING !

This number is linked to Stonebridge Benefit Services. I'm in the process of filing formal complaints with the FCC on them. They claim someone from our number placed an order, then they try to pitch their crap when you say nobody ordered. We are on the Do Not Call register and this friggin company was told over a year ago, nobody here called them, we don't want their crap and to remove us from their list. Their tactic is to claim someone from your number called them.....This is simply a ploy to avoid telemarketing laws! July 1, 2008, these ba$tards started calling again! When you file a complaint at the FCC.gov or the DoNotCallRegister, be sure to include that they are avoiding laws by claiming someone from your number placed an order or called them.

Calls at least 4 times a day and night and does not leave a message.

To bp on Apr.23 be sure when you fill in the blanks while reporting to the FTC not to let Google fill in automatically.  It will put your number in the wrong place.  Go back and try again.  I got the same message and went back and corrected and the report went through.  This Barmensen Labs, selling MaxODerm are doing business out of the God forsaken State of New Jersey where the criminal element thrives.  Violations of the DNC list carries a $5oo penality per violation.  I don't know if I have to hire a lawyer to get the money?

Read my message to see if the same thing happens when you try to file with the FTC again.  Fill in the blanks yourself and it will go through. Again DO NOT USE AUTO FILL.  It is important that we file a report against scum like this or they will never stop.  Good luck from a 91 year old g-g-g-granny!!!

I have put them on the do not call and list waited the 30 days that is required......after about 100+ calls they called me and I answered.I told them that they have been reported as a harasment call to the list and any more calls that come from them would cost them $500.00 . They called 4 more times (differant operators) I told them thanks for the $2500.00 donation I really needed it..sounding confused the operator asked what was I talking about. I explained the $500 per call and this was the 5th one. Haven't called me since.

Answer it.....Tell them that they are registered on the do not call list as a harrasment number and the government has made a law about it would cost them $500 everytime they call you after this warning. They will call you a couple of more times.....differant operators....i guess thats why they call about every 5-10 minutes apart make a note of the time and date....get up to the 5th call and answer it....tell them thanks for the donation.....it works I did it and call free for 6 months now.

I have gotten 3 calls from this number the past hour. I also got a package from them..not my correct name..they insisted my husband ordered Maxoderm..He did not. They also had my credit card number! I had it changed immediately. Why is nothing done to this "company"? They clearly are running a dishonest business.

My phone is registered as "Do not call"; yet, I continue to get these annoying calls at all times of the day/night.  866-341-0123 should be fined!

Someone from another number, 732 907 6546, called (several times) and I missed the calls.  It appears to be the same creeps you folks are talking about.

I called back and the guy gave some sales pitch about trying something and calling back to decline it.  The guy was talking extremely fast and not willing to let me ask questions, I hung up.

He called me back, wanted to know if I was interested in $200 worth of coupons, I said no.  He continued his fast talking pitch anyway, I think he was reading something.  I was getting angry.  At one point I heard him say, "we are calling to get your permission to . . ."  I had to yell to get him to shut-up and listen as I said "No!  You do not have my permission"  At that point he abruptly said "Have a nice day" and rapidly hung up.

I think he was talking about Maxoderm, something about a lotion.

I called back and they're not answering.  Sounds like a SCAM.

I got the same rude man, and insisted on speaking to my husband, I cussed him out and told him not to call anymore, said he could call until he talked to the man of the house, yeah right!!!!

You are all liars.  You agreed to the package on the phone and are just angry that you cracked under the pressure of a high pressure agressive sale.  Enjoy your package.

Being on the Do not call registry does not matter.  These calls are not of a soliciting manner.  The do not call registry prevents soliciting companys from calling you.  You are a previous customer of their company and they will continue to call you and sell you everytime like they have been doing.  If you wish to not recieve calls from a male enhancement company, then do not order male enhancement.
