As mentioned: Notice how these people never post all the information. All they say is how 'nice and kind' these 'helpful' people are. Does your house/apartment have a mail box? Does it work? Because if you owe money, and have for '7 years' then you would of gotten mail. Lots of it. From the original owner of the debt, on down. They phoned you, right? So your phone number hasn't changed all these years, and we guess you still live where you did years ago. Which makes your post total BS. Notice how the poster NEVER asked for proof of the debt in writing - by US Mail. Not fax, text, email, of a rolled up piece of paper in a beer bottle from India. US Mail. Do not be fooled by these foreign 3rd world extortionists! Nothing by mail? Then tell them to bugger off. Spell it with 2 x g's.

I sure have had my share of calls from debt telemaggoters seeking people I never heard of and of course they never listen to reason. The only time I had any luck in putting a stop to these calls was when it was the collection dept of what I believe was Chase.

Interesting that reports on the first page mention an Attorney in Massachusetts that deals in bankruptcy to get people out of debt.

So tell us the Name and Address of this wonderfully nice debt collector.

Ho-hum. Half the reports say it's a Bankruptcy Lawyer. The other half says they are a debt collector.
Contrary to the stereo types given about lawyers, law firms don't work both sides of the table as it is a conflict of interest and abuse of process. A misuse of information to place calls for collection while placing calls to gather clients to represent for bankruptcy is dirty pool.
Definite SCAM

This so called law firm Forghany from Andover, Mass. called from their firm saying a suit was against me for $672.32 from a local Nevada hospital. Have lifelock. Called them. Was advised to call hospital billing to see whether amount was accurate. Not close! Called law firm back, told them I spoke to hospital and amount owed is a huge discrepancy. Said they'd look up my file and disconnected. Hmmm. Was tried to be scammed by Stark Recovery which is a scam company using Stark Agency. Any money you pay to them goes to the United Kingdom. Watch out for them too.
