It comes up as Toll Free Survey on our caller id. This number calls every day for the last 2 weeks 10 times per day! we have even answered to speak to whoever it is, but never get anyone and can't block it..... We don't  owe any money to anyone as we own everything outright ourselves, so it can't be a creditor either.... most frustrating when you rush to answer and it's this number...annoying as hell!

I just got one now asking for Fatima, she lives one house away from me? WTF???

My husband and I (Don Coleman) are getting calls from this number and being told Sheldon is calling.  This company is call both our cell phone numbers and our home phone.  Very bothersome and we have told them to never call again.  However the number calling us is 866 344 5632.  They have asked for several people by name and we are none of those people.

F you! They are calling for my wife, and we owe absolutely nothing! So, you can kiss my ass, just the same as them!

This is identity theft going on as my daughter got her wallet stolen. She's talked to them several times and told them and reported same to police. Do the calls stop - OF COURSE NOT. MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE. YOU TELL ME WHY WON'T THEY STOP CALLING. VERY ANNOYING. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE AT CBV COLLECTIONS AT 1-866-344-6912

Or sue them if there is no satisfactory, professional solution, as to the consistent calls.

CBV is a real company like that guy said, however if you do some checking you’ll see how many times they have been charged for illegal collections practices. They harass people constantly. Attempt to collect money that is past the statute of limitations and are just a huge pain in the backside. If they keep bothering you and they really don’t have a claim against you report them.

That’s a great way to get someone to call you back. Typical collection agent mentality. Everyone is a liar and a thief. CBV has the worst track record for trying to collect on debts that are past the statute of limitations. Check yourself tough guy. Try learning the laws about collections in this country before you make the calls.

I called the number back and it is answered by KIA Financial Services.  Very rude associates and they have no idea on how to stop the calls, nor that I have any account with them.
