I am charged on the First Bankcard (Union Bank) Mastercard : AMK*PTH Complements 866 345-4401 OH,   $29.99 I can not recall anything under that name.
When I called that number it keep the busy signal all the times .
Can you help?

Keep calling them back!!!  
I had the same thing happening and after talking to my credit card company, they said to call them up and tell them the charges were not authorized.  And if I don't get a refund I am suppose to call my credit card fraud folks back and they will see what they can do.  I called the "Passport to Health" number and after a couple of tries and re-dials I got a person.  I told her the charges were not authorized and she said she would refund all of the money back to my credit card.  
This seems to be a scam  where they get your credit card number if you order from Amerimark, a ladies clothing etc. site.  That was what happened in my case.  I will wait to see if they are going to refund my money and STOP making the monthly charges.
After looking on the net, it seems this is happening to a lot of folks.  It's someone put a stop to this scam.

It seems the scam is that they not only call  you or say they did, but sent ME what looked like junk mail which I threw in the trash.  Apparently if you don't call and CANCEL your MEMBERSHIP???? (that you never asked for or even wanted) they will just charge your bank card for the (MONTHLY) fee of 29.99.  There should certainly be some law that forbids companies to do that.   It took me 15 or 20 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to help me and it was worth the wait or else I would be billed 29.99 every month.  They did say they are going to refund my money but they couldn't understand why I didn't reply.  I don't read junk mail and certainly not anything to do with them.  What a scam !!!!! It is called Amerimark I think so watch for that in  your mail box.

I TOO HAVE BEEN CHARGED THIS $29.99 EACH MONTH STARTING ON 6/09. I THOUGHT I WAS SMART ABOUT FINANCES BUT SURE FEEL DUMB NOW. DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT COMPANY THIS 866 NUMBER ORGINATED FROM. I HAVE CALLED IT TODAY (10/10/09, NO ONE IN THE OFFICE TODAY. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO HANDLE THIS.HELP

Same scam happened to my 90 year old Mother-In-Law. The unauthorized charges on her Citi Card started to appear on 03/13/2007 up and until 02/09/10. She never noticed it. Then again, she's 90 years old and I suspect this company banks on frauds like this. I will start to play the REFUND game beginning with Citi Card and I expect to have a long road to hoe with AmeriMark's Passport to Health (wealth) scam.

Call amerimark at 1-800-816-5313 (Beauty Boutique customer service) they will stop the charges.
They should be ashamed for allowing their name to be used by the telemarket scammers.

I received the charge and had it cancelled waiting for refund.  They say my husband authorized this while on a phone call to them and if he didn't want the service to cancel within 45 days.  Odd that he ordered item online and spoke to no one.

My wife just cam home with the AMK Complement issue.  What has happened to her is the charge just now appeared because the sandals she order from AMK was 2 months ago and she forgot the name of the company.  The charge just appeared because they are finally going to ship her merchandise.  So, maybe this is your situation too?  Anyway, good luck.  For the people who may order lots of stuff, it if all ends up being back ordered coupled with the fact people forget over time this can cause some anxiousness.

Here's the deal.
We found these $29.99 charges on our credit card bill. A little investigation revealed that my wife had ordered some merchandise from a company named Anthony Richards.    Unauthorized, they signed her up for some insurance ( Passport to Health ) which she knew nothing about.  From that we were charged $29.99 monthly until she discovered the unauthorized charge. It was finally resolved and we were reimbursed. Another name to be aware of is Amerinark Dire.
Lesson learned.  Be careful what they tell you after you place an order. She will no longer order from that company.

I just noticed the recurring charge on my credit card for $29.99 to Amerimark Dire 866-345-4401 OH.  How do I get this stopped?  Does anybody have a solution?

Same thing happened to my 86-year-old mother.  Now I'm trying to get Discover to drop the charges, which total $600!!!  Apparently she ordered clothing from a catalog and then this bogus charge started to appear.  No matter what the outcome, I'm going to file  complaint with Ohio's BBB.

If you call the 866 number, prompts will take you fairly quickly to a prompt to cancel the "plan."  Did that last night and will see if it shows up on the next statement.  Now I'm trying to get $600 back that they charged my mother for this "Plan."  Do NOT order from Anthony Richards women's apparel catalog...that's how the whole mess started!!!

I ordered from the Feel Good Store Online and discovered a monthly charge of $29.99  my credit card, charge annotation AMK*PTH FEEL GOOD STOR 866-345-4401 OH .  No success so far with getting this cancelled or resolved.

I placed an order in 3/11/2011 at company above and late they charged 3.99 but with another name "Amerimark Dire 866-345-4401 OH" at 4/5/2011. Late they charged 29.99 at 5/3/2011, 6/2/2011 and 7/5/2011 for 3 months that I just noticed.I will call my credit card company and try to get my money back.

Is there anyway to report this company fraud and stop them?
