It is a 'safety feature' of this website to let people know the content is a third-party website and is not of 800notes. There should be a message stating that, giving you the option  to go back if you clicked a link accidentally.

Link works fine so I don't see any reason for you to complain.  Also, this website has extensive info on ringless voicemail as well.

Got the exact message word for word . Same 800 number to call back to but call number listed as incoming number was a local number . Blocked this scammer .

Scam!  I called back and they hung up on me when I started asking questions.

Left messages about back taxes. I have never had back taxes.

Susan calling about my back income tax. I don't have this issue. Call came form another number 281-731-5015 but this 866 number was the call back number

I got this message. Never knew about a 'ringless call'.  I got the same "Susan" call and the phone was right next to me. Hmmmm, something for me to learn about.  The actual incoming number was (929) 468-6766.   As for reporting these calls, I'd been doing that for years. With the way people/scammers can just obtain numbers, close them, obtain, etc., does it really do any good to keep reporting?

I called the 866 346 0009 number to mess with them.  Some young punk answers the phone.  Definitely originates from the US.  If you can spoof call,  I suggest you call the number and jam their lines.  Bunch of jerks.

Same message as others have described.  My taxes are done by a professional tax service, so no issues here.  "Susan" called from 763-363-8321 and asked me to call 866-346-0009.  I am on the DoNotCall Registry, but that does not stop them.  I can block the first number, but not the second, since it was a message.

“Hey it's Susan I'm calling you from tax health center um can you give me a call back at 866-346-0009 it's regarding your back income tax debt I've got some great news for you with some new changes of taking affect and I just wanted to discuss your repayment or illumination options um it's imperative that I speak to you just as soon as possible so I'm gonna give you my number again is 866-346-0009 and I look forward to hearing from you have a great day…”

I too received a call from Susan about back taxes.  I'm glad to see this was a scam.

I never answer unknown numbers and let it go to voicemail. Normally there is no message.  Susan is persistent and leaves the same message as others have stated below. No tax debt here.  Wish there was a way to file a complaint with the feds and have them go after these particular scammers.  Got a call with the same voice, identical message word for word only it was Melissa.  Apparently Susan wasn't appealing to me.  Melissa has a slightly different number, 866-322-0005, but it's the same voice.  The number ID is not the number they ask you to call, it changes each time and circumvents the option to block the numbers.

All government agencies, both Federal and State, have ways to file complaints by mail, telephone, or online.  Plus you can easily file a complaint with the IRS as well the same way.
