scammer pretending to be a public record search business!!!!!

Thought I was ordering Criminal Report for $1.00. Never got report, got text message from 1-866-350-2391 asking if I got report. Checked bank account & there is pending charge of $18.95. I contacted my bank for fraud.

Did the EXACT thing to me!! Called my bank, as well!

Attempt to get public record with promise of $1 charge for access. Sent to another site with no information then received a text attempting to collect more information and my bank charged with $23 dollars. Scam!!!!

The same here. My Bank blocked the card immediately

They did the same thing to me but charged my account $28.95. I immediately texted the number demanding a full refund and called the number displayed on the credit card transaction to confirm the refund and closed my account. They told me the $1.00 was a deposit on the unlimited access reports. Funny though, I never received a charge for the $1.00 deposit. Lesson learned!

Scam!!!!Scammer to site.....deducted money from account, did not even state that the search on this site would  OnlineDataReportsOnlineDataReports.com would start a subscription of $28.95 a month, without consent....did not reimburse me for the $28.95....that I did not agree to.

The site wanted to charge me a dollar for information on a person but never received report & was charged $28.95. I sent txt to the number & Darin said they would refund my money but the very next day I saw another $28.95 charge. I txt him again & he assured me it had been refunded & my account closed. He said I assure you this is a legitimate website. I’m having doubts about that. Waiting for refunds. Wish me luck.

Went online for a Public Records Search to "Criminalreportsusa.com. Paid $1.00 and did indeed receive the records. I only see the One Dollar Charge, but did receive a text afterwards from the 866-350-2391 number and Darian asking if I was happy with the search results. Now I'm worried....

That website is for sale for $9.98 so there is no possible way you went there.

You are "super nervous" about going to a website that doesn't exist?  You can buy it but it will cost you $3 more than what it was in February.

just happened to me too. thought it was weird. hope they don't start charging my credit card monthly or whatever plan was hidden in the terms and agreement I agreed to!
