They’ve called every family members cell and work number. Claim they have papers in my 88 year old mother that owns nothing and they are coming to get her. Come on!!

They call me and  two of my family. Yesterday and today.

They have called my sister in law with her phone number and using my mother in laws address

Called my mother and my ex mother in law... said someone was at my house attempting to drop off legal documents that I needed to sign for. Never called me though.

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance.

called my number, my 2 sisters and my father looking for me...they state my address, so why look for me

Called me seeking information of a neighbor that had moved out some 11 years ago that I was listed as a POC, stating that he had a pkg that needed to be signed for... Identified himself as  'Johnathan' from L.O.S. and gave me all the pertinent information on my former neighbor and a number to have him call back... I said, Yeah ok..will do...NOT!!  blocking the no.

calls my cell number all the time and it's the clerk's office going to serve papers on me. Then called a friend of mine and he called my husband and got him all upset that it was legit ! Don't know how to STOP IT !
