A couple rings silence and A hang up, sounds like a scammer trying to come through again.  When you call the number and it goes straight to an answering system that says sorry we missed your call press one to learn more about our organization then hangs up if you don’t press anything definitely sounds like a criminal or scammer!

They sent a scam email, telling me that they've taken $300 from my account for some antivirus subscription.  The scam works like this:  The victim doesn't realize that they haven't actually been charged $300, so they call the number to try to get their money back.  The scammer then asks them for their credit card or bank account information to "reverse the charge" -- all the information the scammer needs to actually charge them!

The scammer claims to be from Best Buy's "Geek Squad".  This is, obviously, a lie.
