Knew my name and address. Asking for 20,000.00 threatens to sue and today was last day to pay. This is a scam

Called today for the second time. He knew my name. The first time he called stating there was a law suit against me from a company I bought natural products from and supposedly was suing me. I said that I did not understand and started to insult me with big words. I hung up and called back, the answering machine said it was from celu-logic, but nobody ever answers. The call today was about immigration. ICE had an order of arrest against me because "I had committed punishable crime in the territory of the United States". This time I knew it was the same person, so I said he could come arrested as I was ready. He started with the insults right away. They do not even try to fake the call. I do not know what the idea is or why do they have my number, but this is annoying. I wish there was something someone could do.
