Jin Miller calls daily saying I need to call back. Annoying. I looked on the internet and found that it might be a debt collector. I am clean as far as I know. Don't want to call them back. How do I stop this?

I get a call from Kevin Fields @ 866-350-8346 almost daily telling me to call right back. Though they have never asked for ME BY NAME or refrenced anything that might give me a clue that the call is even FOR ME, it's RUDE.

I have gotten calls from Kevin Fields at that number too.  Quite annoying, and the next time this number pops up on my ID, I'm going to answer and ask them to remove me from their list.

My MIL received a call from them today from a Phil Watts. Asked for my BF he hasn't lived with his mother in 6 yr.'s it's funny that they have such an old number on file.....

Kevin Fields calls and just says to call him back at 866-350-8346. I definately do not have any outstanding debts. I pay off everything as the bills come in. When I called the number, the recording asked for the last 4 digits of my Social Security number. I hung up, not knowing anything about this company or why they might be calling.

Annoying calls regularly from this number.  They're always looking for someone..........someone who is not at the number called.  Points lead to a collection agency who gets hold of a last name and maybe an initial and just begin calling anyone and everyone.....but the right one.....the one who has probably skipped town.

Calls from 866-350-8346, 2-3 times per week at different times. The caller doesn't identify himself, however, gives the number above to call back. I am debt free and this is very disruptive and unwanted.

Stop calling

Repeated daily calls from 866-350-8346. They never leave a message on our machine. We don't answer. Still VERY annoying. Is there any way to make them stop?

I get a call daily from this guy.  I don't know his name, where, and what he's calling from.  He doesn't call my house phone, he calls my cellular phone.  I guess this is a person just trying to trick people into giving them a wad of cash.

Called te number back after they left no message the guy hung up as soon as I asked what he wanted.

I used to get calls from these people. One way to stop them is not to avoid them, but to answer their calls. Be sure to get the persons name, the time they called and the date. Then tell them to stop calling you or you will sue them for harassment. Be sure to record everytime they call you.

No phone calls. An amt. of $200.00 is pending today on my company bank account for a JC Christensen & Assoc Sauk Rapids. Sauk Rapids is in MN. I am in IA and have never heard of them. The date states 2/11/08. Today's date however is 2/9/08. Anyone have an amt. taken from their banks?

They are calling me constantly, and now a voice mail left with a completely different number. I called and a recording answered saying no one was there and the offices were closed.  Then it hung up. I have cleared all debts I had from 10-15 years ago, and just chased one debt collector to the attorney general for violating the fair debt collection act (especially for something I didn't even owe... they refused to show proof of this mystery debt).  I hope this isn't another one of these idiots.
