I receive automated calls looking for someone who is not at my number.  The recording asks this person to call 1-866-350-8672 to clear up an important matter.  This has been going on for months and I receive these calls 4 times each day.  I am not able to find out further information.

I get calls multiple times per day, 7 days a week from 1-866-350-8672 with a recorded message to call about an important matter.  Company or party is not identified and when I called  back I have been placed on hold by what else an automated system--who are these nuts?

I received several calls for somebody else from this number.  
When I called back, I found out that it was a collection agency called Global Credit & Collection.  
I found there website ( http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx ) and contacted their main number.
They told me that they would remove my phone number from their files, and they did.
