Keeps calling, never leaves a V/M.  Time to block it.

Don't think this is Spectrum. I smell "PHISH" on this one!

Spectrum called to sell me services.  I missed the call initially the first few times they have called me.  However, i just called them back and asked to be put on their do not call list.  30 days as normal.

Has called my cell several times. Says "Spectrum Time Warner," but this number is not the one I use with TC. Blocked it using Truecaller. Seems to occur coincidental with email confirmations received after doing online transactions, like they are detecting the confirmations and are therefore trying to call and PHISH.

Recently, I am getting multiple numbers with 866 area code each day.  No caller ID visible, and no message left.

Missed the call; no message was left.

Answered it and a single heavy breath and hung up
