If you looked into the Google Home Business Kit then you got suckered just like me.  This is only one of 3 charges they will get you for but this particular one has no information on it.  It is bundled with the Online Cash Success Kit and is ironically for a 7-Day Trial to Identity Vault for online fraud and internet scams.  Even if you cancel the Quick Profit Kit it does not give you information to cancel the Identity Vault.  Their web link is: http://www.onlineidentityvault.com/index.php

I called my bank about the $24.82 charged on my account. Canceled my card. Thanks to the advice of all of you. I also called 1-866-396-2729 since no one answers 866-351-1336. They took the information and told me that my $24.82 will never be reimbursed...thieves. I never gave them the authorization for this charge.

I just got charged 24.82, I also called the number no answer  i did call 866-396-2729 but they tell me its none refundable, these people are scams and need to be reported, we are also canceling our credit or debit card, I'm truning them into the bbb

LITTLE FU*KERS!!!! First they charge you 80 dollars for nothing then they turn around and charge you another 25 and you can't even get anyone on the phone.You can't even trust a big company like google.

I was given Number ( 866-341-0774 )to call from my credit card company to cancel the account I didn't know I had, I called and they sent me a email saying my account is now closed. My Credit card company also said they will credit my account for the $24.00. I'll hold my breath and see if it shows up again next month. I was told it would not do me any good to cancel the card unless I get the account canceled,  Good luck everyone.

This is Fraud. Report this to your bank account and get it removed. The company is Identity Vault. They are located at 545 8th ave, suite 401 NY,NY 10018.

Phone rings, but when answered no one is on other end.

I never received any phone calls, this number started appearing on my statements in the amount of $24.82 plus additional currency conversion rates.  It seems the google kit has three accounts linked to it; a kit access, a cash kit, and an identity vault.  I called 1-866-396-2729, 1-866-341-0774, and 1-866-451-4235.  All three numbers have to be called to fully cancel the accounts!!!  The identity vault is the $24-25 charge.  I told them I was upset about these charges and wanted them stopped immediately.  The gentleman I spoke to apologized and cancelled the account.  He assured me the entire account was closed.  I was given a cancellation number from each phone number I called and told that the amount would be refunded.  Now it is a waiting game to see if that happens.  I hope this information helps someone else.

oh my gosh... i got the same problem and i dont know what to do. Im in australia and it seems the number is from state. any suggestion how should i close my account? they took 80 bucks out of my credit card!!! please help!!!

Oh my Lord, a got de same problem too and I called 1866-396-2729 and 1866-341-0774 and they closed my account. I Hope this information help. God Bless.

Who the hell do I contact to report these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I've now cancelled 2 things. The 80 and the 25. Neither of which would the b8tch on the other line refund. I need help to report them.
