- Gary C.Same here. My acct. was debited $24.82 plus $35.00 overdraft fee. I called a number 1-866-396-2729 and had the misfortune to speak with a kid named Isaiha, they refused to refund anything. He also gave another phone number you might try, it is: 1-866-387-0926.

- GwenI got charge 24.82 on debit card---not legitimate phone # so I cancelled my debit card but got charged again this month because bank said already pd the day I cancelled card. I signed for a $2.69 site to download info on how to obtain grants for school/etc. There was no fine print about other charges. This is TRUE fraud. There is no way to even contact people to contest charges. I am on limited income since 2nd back surgery. I hope some one is able to identify them and put them in jail to rot!!!
- cooldexI took got caught up in this mess and they have charged by CR with 24.82US. I ran this number 0018664371621 and they could not find my details on their system. Where in teh US I can report this?

- mark hkit access got me to i hate those rat bastereds
- BarbaraI got scammed too. The day I received the "kit" was the day I knew I was had. These folks are real low lifes; they were advertising on a legit job search site. Wonder how these people can sleep at night.
I have been on the phone for several hours today getting my "subscriptions" to GROWTH TOOLS and POWERPLATFORM cancelled thanks to Visa's customer service department. They have the up to date phone number for these scammers (can't get through to the one mentioned on this site, it was busy, busy). Evidently these scum change their numbers as often as they do their underwear. One chick didn't ask how she could help me but instead answered with, "Are you calling to cancel your account?". You think EVERY call to their "offices" is a cancellation call? I do. Alas (and SURPRISE), the "company" has a no refund policy so I'm out about $110.00.
Below is the confirmation message I got from the scammers. FYI, I never signed up for a weight loss anything....
Hello. We are sending you this email to confirm that, at your request, we have canceled your subscription to Identity Vault. We are sorry you will no longer be able to take advantage of our powerful weight loss, diet and exercise tips. Please note that canceling Identity Vault will not affect your subscriptions with our other offers or any other companies.
We developed Identity Vault so regular people can finally lose weight without yo-yo diets, gimmicks or starving themselves. Thousands of people have taken advantage of Identity Vault to finally meet their weight loss goals, and we hoped you would be our next success story.
That said, we understand Identity Vault is not for everyone. Some may prefer to develop their own wellness program. After all, each of us is a unique individual; even though our diet and weight loss plan is a powerful, proven system, it may not be right for you.
Of course, it may simply be the case that this is not the right time for you to put in the effort to lose weight. If that is the case, we hope you will consider us in the future when you have the time and energy to shed the pounds and develop a better body.
Thank you!
The line "Please note that canceling Identity Vault will not affect your subscriptions with our other offers or any other companies" put me back on the phone to confirm I wasn't signed up for anything else that may appear on next month's bill.

- gowenI didn't order anything from these people but they have taken out 24.82 from my bank account for two months. I have tried to call the 866-351-1336 number many times and always get an busy signal. I will try the other numbers you mention. I hope they catch these scumbags but they will probably just give them a slap on the hand.
