So what difference does it make what phone carrier they use?  How is that even remotely helpful?

Got a  message about important information from Helen Hamilton and to call back to 866-354-0390.  The caller ID said Harris & Harris, 312-354-3947.  The sounds like the above posts. They have been at it for several years.

Called my companies main line.  We have 120 employees and do have collection companies and law firms call to garnish wages. However, they don't leave cryptic messages and usually ask that message is directed to HR dept.  Right now, the only way i know it might be a collection company is from the messages on this page.

They can call to garnish wages all they want but they have to have a court order to do so.
