I got this phone call that they will help me for computer stuff (which is I really don't want to) He, Alex William, force me to do this.  I kept saying no but he put me on this service anyway.  He usually says this is free for five months and they need my proof in order to process this service.  So before this so-called-free-service ends I want this to be terminate immediately.  So I kept calling this 18663590295 but it goes to voice mail box that I can't even leave voice message since it is full.  Anybody who knows other number or their address? I might sue for this company.  Please help me out.

This Computech123 is slamming Embarq customers with charges. I googgled them on the internet, I found the VP, Imtiaz Hossian. He gave me the customer service number 866-359-0295 to end the unsolicated charges. Our company did not subscribe for the service. We do not have a computer at our business location. He (Hossian) a participant of the SCAMMMMMMM. Customer service number will eventually disconnect.

Embarq representative so kind to research and refer to their legal department to investigate my experience. Embarq customer service member and I called (conference called) each of the following telephone number. The numbers are:  866-359-0294, 866-359-0295, 800-713-9078 all a part of the computech123 SSSSCCCCAAAAMMMM.  Beware computech123, someone on to your scam boys.

Our business was also scammed.  The way I resolved the matter, I called my local phone company and they gave me an 800 # that was supposedly for "OAN" a third party biller.  After much run around and some research on the internet, I contacted a Mr. Ed Hines with Calling 10.  I asked Mr. Hines if he was the president of the company and he told me "no", he was a customer service manager for Calling 10.  But miraculously he immediately was able to contact OAN who informed him that the charge of $29.99 per month I was being billed was coming from Computech 123.  Again Miraculously Mr. Hines was able to contact Computech 123 and immediately they agreed to cancel the service that I never approved.  After some research I found that Mr. Ed Hines is listed as the CEO of a company called TEL7 or Telseven, LLC.  Computech123, Calling 10, TEL7, OAN, ESBI along with other company names are all scams.  I am convinced that Mr. Ed Hines, and after some more research the name Patrick Hines came up, is probably very involved in all of these.  To reach Mr. Ed Hines you may call 800.410.6006 which is the number for Calling 10.  Mr. Hines can work miracles.  The address for Calling 10 is 1000 N.W. Street #1200, Wilmington, DE  19801 with a fax number of 904.273.6883, which is actually a Florida area code. TEL7's address is 200 Executive Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL  32082, Saint Johns County. This is where TEL7 is located and where I came across the name of Patrick Hines.  Good luck to all of you.  I am not done with my witch hunt, if I discover anything new, I will inform you.

Got the same call. "Unknown Caller" in the caller ID box. If you get this call and don't find this info on it until afterwards CALL YOUR PHONE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY. I literally hung up with them, googled it, and called my phone company. They put a third party block on my account. Now they can't charge me with anything and if any charges do go through all I have to do is call my phone company. When they see that I had it blocked they have no choice but to remove the charges from my bill. Just before I was done speaking to my phone provider she said, and I quote, "Wow. I bet you're glad you called now." I replied, "Why?" She said, "They just tried to charge you $250 for providing you with their tech support number. And it got blocked because you called when you did." I was floored. Not 5 minutes after I got off the phone with the computech123 guy they were already charging me. She asked for any info I had on the company and I gave her all I had. She was very thankful I had let them know of this scam and she said she was going to let her supervisor know of it and have her forward the information to the appropriate people. If enough people tell their phone companies about this scam I'm sure it will get shut down.

Total Scam!!  They billed me for a year straight with no authorization from me.  Customer service is no help.  I cancelled my service and am trying to get my money back.  They told me that someone would call me within the next few weeks about being charged without my consent.  OAN and computech123 are total scams as they provide no real services and should be shut down.  Shame on the phone companies who use OAN or computech123 to overcharge their customers!

We are a business and we recieved our Century Link bill this month and there was a charge for $29.99 for a tech support call at midnight!!!! we are open from 8-5, there is no way we recieved this call they are billing us for we have our own IT department and dont need any of there help!!! I called the toll free number on our bill for OAN 800-944-9646 and was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up.  I then called Century Link who told me I had to talk to OAN first to get the account cancelled before they could help me.  This is'nt the first time we have had charges like this.  We have several different carriers and at one time or another we have seen scamms on our bills.  Ussually the phone company can put a block on your account that stops most 3rd party billers.  All these scamms are getting so frustrating!!!!!!!!

My story is much of the same already reported.  Extra charge on my Centruty Link phone bill of 29.99 by OAN for Computech123.  Calls to OAN just loop to a voicemail, left multiple messages with no return call.  One CenturyLink rep did get through to OAN and we had a 3 way conversation.  Amanda at OAN confirmed that they did not see my phone number in her database and stated that if we faxed my two bills she would generate credit and promised to call me back to confirm...ha ha ha no call ever came and in the mean time I received my next phone bill and the charge was on there again.  So I too have asked Century Link to BLOCK 3rd party billers.  MAKE NOTE ABOUT BLOCKING:  If you are expecting a credit from OAN/COMPUTECH123 or any other scammers they cannot submit the credit to your account with the block on your account...So you have to decide if you want to chance another hit to your bill or kiss your credit good bye....I blocked as I do not have a lot of faith I will ever re-coop their fraudulent charges.

We have Centurylink as well.  I called to dispute the charges, which means we have to wait for next months billing to see any credit, then we placed a 3rd party block on both our business and home numbers so that this doesn't happen again.  Can't contact OAN or Computech123 as it just goes through recordings, says the next available agent will be with you, placed on hold, then another recording came on and said "I'm sorry the voice mail box is full".  I was like what the heck, I wasn't trying to leave a message, was waiting for an agent.  So I called Centurylink back and informed them that you are not able to talk to anyone at OAN Services and what had happened and asked that they note our account to reflect that we did attempt to contact them to cancel their UNAUTHORIZED services.   Next step is BBB and the FCC.  If we all don't join together and file complaints, they will continue to bill unsuspecting customers for charges that weren't authorized and for services that they are not providing.  Thanks for posting your comments. Have a Merry Christmas!

I called that number you listed for Mr. Hines.  Didn't get a "live" person to talk to BUT it do go to a voice mail that you could actually leave a message on. SO, I left a message advising whoever listens to it that their charges are unauthorized, gave number charges were appearing on and asked them to stop charging us for services we didn't authorize nor are they providing the service for.  Thanks for the information.  Hope it works.  Have a Merry Christmas
